Larson Electronics LLC Releases Wireless Rechargeable LED Spotlight
KEMP, Texas, June 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Industrial lighting leader, Larson Electronics LLC, has released a new handheld rechargeable LED spotlight powered by an 8aH lithium-ion battery with wireless remote functionality and a magnetic mount. This ultra-compact 25-watt spotlight provides focused illumination for military and law enforcement applications, as well as vehicle use and industrial operations.

The LED25WRE-RPS.8AH-WR-M is a rechargeable LED spotlight that combines a single high output Cree LED with a reflector to produce a narrow 10-degree spot beam combined with a 60-degree flood beam that delivers 2,750 lumens that can reach up to 1,000 feet and draws only 25 watts of power. The spot/flood combination offers both distance and width to operators in a single light source.
This portable spotlight is powered by an 8aH lithium-ion rechargeable battery that boasts a 6-hour runtime and requires only 2 hours to fully recharge. Inside the unit is a wireless control board that allows operators to utilize wireless remote functions provided by a handheld remote control which operates over a 433 MHz radio frequency. The remote includes a 12-volt battery and a red led to signal activity. The remote has a brilliant range of 75 feet and can impressively operate through walls, inside vehicles and other structures. The remote can also be programmed to operate more than one spotlight at a time.
This spotlight is IP68 rated and is constructed with rugged features including aluminum housing for resistance to dust, dirt and the ingress of humidity, as well as an impact resistant polycarbonate lens. These features make this spotlight waterproof, dustproof and shockproof, so it can survive demanding indoor and outdoor environments. On top of its durability and reliability, the LED25WRE-RPS.8AH-WR-M is also ergonomically designed for balance, comfort, and ease of operation and features a magnetic mount consisting of two, 200 pounds grip magnets that let users mount the spotlight on metallic surfaces for completely hands-free use.
