Thieves make off with electronics in Salem elementary school break-in

SALEM, Ore. — Someone broke into an elementary school over the weekend and stole electronics, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The break-in happened at Auburn Elementary School. It was reported shortly before 8 a.m. Monday.

Deputies wouldn’t say what kind of electronics were stolen.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who has any information about the theft to call it at 503-540-8079.
